Anuvu: The company is very fast paced, and challenges are complex but rewarding for tackling issues regarding implementing processes and finding creative solutions to real problems.

Antech Diagnostics: I have worked in the industry for quite some time with multiple organizations and this is the best culture and team I have been a part of. It also takes care of their people and if they perform and succeed you will be well compensated and we truly care about our partners and their patients/pets.

Anuvu: The company is in transition. Our organization within the company is very strained and people are burning out. Senior leaders don't seem to understand just how high and borderline unrealistic their expectations are. It's very disheartening to not get acknowledgement about how hard you're working.
Anuvu: Overall experience has been great. Communication can be a little lackluster at times but other than that, great place to work.
Anuvu: I enjoy the people I work with and my direct supervisor demonstrates that she cares for me as an individual.

Forcing employees to lie about goals they don't care about does nothing for them. The ONLY thing I hear my coworkers really complain about is forced Goals.

Anuvu: As a long term Anuvu employee I have enjoyed working in several areas of the business, and there are big opportunities for those willing to jump in. However renumeration packages are below market rate, and as such are sadly pushing me out of the business.
Anuvu: Since moving into my new team two years back I really enjoy it. I wish I had more clarity on career progression as I feel the only way I can progress is if my manager moves on which is not what I want. I have a few demanding clients that take more time than they should but overall I am happy.
Anuvu: High workload and pase, many tasks at once. Easy to work within the department of Sales, both on tasks and how to improve. Hard to work with other departments (not all but most) both on tasks and improvments. Each department seems to have their own goals and agendas. Lack of CEO-level direction.
Smith: i think boring, tedious and dull
Anuvu: My experience is that the company consists of a great and dedicated team, but lack the Vision, Mission and targets from the leadership team. Along with that there are also a lot of operational issues that the teams struggle with on a daily basis, but those are not solved by the leadership team.

The lack of regularization of salaries and dismissal of workers from one day to the next, doesn't help to trust Anuvu.

Anuvu: There are great people here, but fundamental issues with consistent performance and basic processes that prevent this company from truly succeeding. i.e. integrated MRP system tied to ALL divisions, lack of employee development programs, etc.
Anuvu: It's a decent place to work. My coworkers and manager are good and understanding. But sometimes it feels like I can't stay here as long as I like since wages increase so slowly.

That said, as an operator I travel often and not getting any feedback at all from finance on ERs lately has had a large impact on my wallet. We should also be able to get some PTO.

Transparency- lack of transparency in MTB Planning. who is deciding future product to work on? the NPD group should but we have not seen anything from them on ideas we've summited. Collaboration

AEVEX Aerospace: Great learning opportunity and fascinating job, but the stateside pay is not worth the tradeoff of the poor location. Overseas pay (uplift/danger pay in combat zones) is nice, but opportunities for overseas travel are dwindling, and the workload is simply not worth it when compared to similar jobs.
Park Place Technologies: Best place to work with lot of opportunity to grow if you have determination and career passion.

Augmedix: This is a fast growing company and has lots of opportunities for fresh graduates. I highly recommend it to freshers.

AEVEX Aerospace: i came aboard over 6 years ago and enjoy my job. I like deploying and i still wish we had shift differential when we are not deployed, but that was not given to us in the contract. No idea why that would not be in any contract if your covering 3 shifts!.
AEVEX Aerospace: It is a challenging job and schedule. Overall, the rewards (mission accomplishment & monetary) outweigh the challenges (shift work schedule, work life/balance, customer management styles). Company management is pretty hands-off, which i prefer, but is accessible when needed.
AEVEX Aerospace: Some of the C-level messaging can at best be described as odd. The "town hall" responses from AEVEX leadership to employee emails often sound defensive and lay blame oddly on external factors ("the economy" or "PC culture) rather than taking personal responsibility for a corporate shortcoming
