Ontellus: I feel that a wage alignment is needed. Inflation was over 8% this last year and no wage alignments have been made. When we asked about this the exec team advised that they would be raising prices for client to try and accommodate this. However, no updates have been given to the company since then.
Ontellus: I enjoy not having someone breathing down my neck to move faster, and they seem to understand that it's a lot of work and give me the time I need to complete the taks.
Ontellus: Having worked at a couple of different departments and getting to know the employees and departments on my own keeps me positive at this company. I have to initiate to know the employees and departments. We are not introduced to some departments even though we all work cyclical with each other.

Ontellus: Uneventful in the grand scheme, yet chaotic day to day in terms of the programs/processes we use. I do like the shift to hybrid, I have a long commute. The people I work with daily are great, and we have done well with going hybrid.
Ontellus: not fun, engaging, fulfilling, inviting. it's demoralizing that we are clearly overworked, underappreciated. i've never felt comfortable working here or speaking with management. we speaking with lawyers, doctors, business owners, government, police. and are paid less than those flipping burgers.
Ontellus: I love working at Ontellus and the opportunities I have to learn and help out in different areas.
Ontellus: Chaotic. For a company as old as it is there is still a ton of room for process improvement. We have been unable or unwilling to consolidate to a single case management software system between the two bigger BU's and I fully expect that will be the case when the next exec team comes in as well.
Ontellus: Everyone is usually positive at work, which then gives you an upbeat and positive attitude.
Ontellus: Up and down. I would appreciate some consistency.
