Risepoint: It has been a great experience for me altogether, I am very grateful to be part of AP.
AEVEX Aerospace: AEVEX hires contractors and makes money off them, and that is what it feels like to work for AEVEX. Management seems invested in me as a person only for financial reasons and not my well being. It is not somewhere that I plan on working at in the future due to compensation and employee care.

ConstructConnect: being able to assist companies find our services
Ministry Brands: I have been fortunate to step into a role that is a growth step and a challenge. I am grateful for that. However, I'm not optimistic about the future. We're moving too slow, we're outpaced by competitors, we're unorganized, and it's clear people are not on the same page. We need stronger leadership.
Risepoint: I have not had any negitive experience, so I am content.
Mazda North American Operations: Need many improvements to customer care and satisfaction
Ministry Brands: working with smart and kind people
Ministry Brands: The new leadership seems to only care about their bottom line. The employees don't matter.

Stuart Weitzman: The office, my collleagues and my leaders
Stuart Weitzman: a pleaseant place to leanr and exchange with smart people
Ministry Brands: Everyone is really friendly and helpful.
Stuart Weitzman: They are clear, inspiring and visionary
Ministry Brands: Overall this company has high turnover due to chaotic work environment. Its hard to retain employees with poor benefits and 401k. Company doesn't offer any bonus nor focusing on the work life balance.
Ministry Brands: I enjoy working for my brand specifically, and am coping with the struggles of combining teams, brands, and processes. I am concerned with the rollout of the new product EasyTithe Pro and waste of resources going into it.
ConstructConnect: Best in-class Company that operates at every level with integrity and cooperation. No politics - no bad intentions - only upside!
Ministry Brands: This company has been the best working environment I've had in my entire working career. The work/life balance is perfect, the atmosphere makes coming to work fun and exciting and the work itself is fulfilling. I could have never imagined being this happy in the work place.
Ministry Brands: I've been here for a few years and it has been a wild ride, but that being said, everyone seems to be honest about it and in it together, and I'm okay with that.
Ministry Brands: It's been a wonderful company to work for. I do like that we can work remotely from home, cuts on the sick days.
Ministry Brands: It's very challenging, workload can be overwhelming but I work with an amazing team of brilliant developers (who also have a great sense of humor) so that more than makes up for it.
Ministry Brands: While I love my co-workers and I feel like we are a family, I also feel like we are not respected and talked down upon by upper management. Having an opinion seems like a negative thing to them. I have learned alot and made friends but, don't see myself working here for much longer.
Ministry Brands: Working at Ministry Brands has been the most transformative and positive period of my career path so far. I am challenged in my work environment and surrounded by peers, mentors, and leadership that truly care about my success and growth. I look forward to a long career with the company!
Ministry Brands: Annual strategy pivots and frequent leadership shakeups resulted in a sense of running in circles from the macro perspective. We are perpetually trapped in a state of tension between resource limitation and comparably oversized work demands. Common sense and foresight are lacking.
Ministry Brands: I think I am paid fairly for what I do. I don't receive bonuses that I know of and have not really ever had a merit increase so I am not sure that I have a "package"
Stuart Weitzman: A very committed group of people
AEVEX Aerospace: Experience with AEVEX is somewhat limited, as mentioned, and our team is fairly disconnected from the company, due to working at customer site and that there are relatively few of us. What interaction I do have with AEVEX is positive.
Allen Lund Co: I was welcomed into the company like family. My coworkers are incredibly supportive and it is obvious that the company as a whole really cares about its employees and their well-being.
Ministry Brands: It's okay, I'm still learning which keeps me engaged at the moment.
Ministry Brands: I work with great people. There are definitely things that could be improved in the area of how quickly customer issues are able to be resolved, better communication with customers on their issues, and not being incentivized to get the customer off the phone quickly.
Stuart Weitzman: Knowledge, curiosity, professionalism and ethic
Ministry Brands: I love working for Ministry Brands and being on a great team. I have to say that the new mission statement is disappointing. Extremely disappointed in the fact that the day after Thanksgiving was taken away from us as a company holiday. Shame on you for doing that! Dump legacy and unify!!
Ministry Brands: MY DIRECTOR IS GREAT AND VERY TRANSPARENT BUT I DO NOT FEEL SUPPORTED BY MY GM. HIS INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER TEAMS AND HIS LEVEL OF TRANSPARENCY ARE NOT THE TYPE OF WORKING ENVIRONMENT I THRIVE IN OR BELIEVE PROMOTES A SUPPORTIVE CULTURE.
Ministry Brands: I have really loved working here, being able to move into new roles, and feeling supported to ask tough questions and push back when necessary.
ConstructConnect: Felt comfortable during the interview process.
ConstructConnect: I feel like i'm fairly compensated and I enjoy the relatively flexible schedule.
ConstructConnect: Better compensation for tenure in the company
Ministry Brands: This is by far the best company I have ever worked for.
Ministry Brands: I enjoy working with my churches, the frustrations don't come from them. It comes from the lack of internal communication, internal processes and teams not all on the same pages. The internal company feels harder sometimes to work with than the customers.
ConstructConnect: The environment is very friendly and open.
Ministry Brands: Overall experience has been good.
ConstructConnect: Being able to talk with the teams.
Ministry Brands: My overall experience at the company has been very positive
ConstructConnect: open minded and professional people
Ministry Brands: My overall experience with the company through the last 12 years working there have been great
ConstructConnect: A collaborative and innovative environment to work in with an emphasis on people-first culture.
ConstructConnect: A company that listens to feedback and puts employees first. Remote work without micromanagement - we trust each other to get the job done. Unlimited PTO and autonomy to make good decisions. New CEO is a process leader, not personality. Love it here.
Ministry Brands: While MB is a good fit for me, the lack of investment toward employees (both pay and perks) is surprising to me. There has been a lot of change in the past year and I look forward to the new executive team turning the ship and demonstrating how they value each and every employee.
Ministry Brands: This is an ambiguous question, do you mean overall Ministry Brands or the smaller brand that I work for? Overall the experience at the brand that I'm in has been good, though some people who don't perform have been allowed to remain far too long. With what I have seen so far, I don't trust MB.
ConstructConnect: I look forward to my job because of the people I work with and the amazing customers we support.
ConstructConnect: The healthcare options are great.
Pebl: There are so many possibilities to progress your career within the company. There are also many different projects that we can get involved in.
Ministry Brands: Rough! Advancement was always promised, but because roles are eliminated there is no place to advance. Took 3 years being a "rockstar" in a role to get moved laterally to another team for a meager pay hike. SVP's and above spend money on travel and planning, but we can't get equipment in the office.
ConstructConnect: We all respect each other!
ConstructConnect: Watching team members develop skills and succeed.
ConstructConnect: ConstructConnect only continues to get better as both a business and an organization for its employees. While there's room for improvement, there's a deep desire to help employees and customers succeed.
ConstructConnect: The majority of my compensation comes through our commission plan. We also have good health coverage.
ConstructConnect: Being with my team members and colleagues.
ConstructConnect: Being able to create new components and interactions with the end customer.
Ministry Brands: Very professional but has currently lost its original vision and objectives of serving the local church.
Ministry Brands: A ton of ups and downs, and we have been struggling with the same challenges over and over again, for many, many years. Again, we are moving in the right direction, and in doing so, I believe will allow for improvements around employee experience.
GGA Solutions: The trust in you and don't harass you in the home office.
Pebl: A genuine employee and client experience, supporting expanding businesses globally as a powerful employment solution with a heart and culture. This is a great experience, brought to you by a professional and fun team you want to be a part of.
Ministry Brands: Team members care deeply about our mission and earnestly strive to do their best for customers.
Clearwater Analytics: The challenging questions and the obviously high standards
Ministry Brands: I really want to believe in the company, I have been here longer than 90% of the people but the company shows no value in me.
Ministry Brands: Dysfunctional organization with high expectations.
ConstructConnect: ConstructConnect is a fantastic place to work. Our software engineering department solves interesting problems in an agile way and we are led by an outstanding CTO
ConstructConnect: Fast growing company with cutting edge technology. I have lots of learning opportunities, supportive management, work life balance and more!
AEVEX Aerospace: My PM makes sure to assist and suggest avenues for assistance, while I am going through personal and medical turmoil. I am appreciative of that.
Ministry Brands: I have a great manager and mostly wonderful colleagues. My team does meaningful work. Benefits and pay are fair but not what you typically expect at a software company.
ConstructConnect: salary and compensation, benefits, pension
MTN: They are committed to make a company a better place
VIVOTEK: They listen to your problems
Ministry Brands: Im very happy to be part of Ministry Brands.
Ministry Brands: I have been here over 9 years. I love what I do.
Ministry Brands: So far, my experience with Ministry Brands has been a positive one. I work with a great team and been lucky enough to have a manager/leader that has always looked out for my best interests.
Ministry Brands: The camaraderie, work ethic, and flexibility in problem solving.
Coinbase: I'm given the opportunity to contribute my ideas
ConstructConnect: Fairly compensated and aligned to company goals
ConstructConnect: Open to addressing culture concerns that either require change or grace.
ConstructConnect: The Executive team at ConstructConnect cares about their employees and rewards top talent.
Ministry Brands: I am new in position. Overall, to date, my experience has been positive. We need more resources to get the work done! PS: some of the questions were difficult to answer and could have been stated differently and with some context. EX: How would you rate your CEO? (Based on what factors?)
Ministry Brands: It was good on my first team. This transfer has been horrible.
Ministry Brands: I've been with the company for 5 years and have been through a couple of iterations of leadership change. I'm encouraged in the direction we're going now.
Ministry Brands: Work hard, do my job, not much recognition beyond close team members.
Ministry Brands: Great employees who are passionate about serving churches with ministry technology solutions
Ministry Brands: The ELT/SLT members change too frequently to keep up with. Growth through acquisition has been the norm, without long term planning for how the acquisitions will benefit clients. Information is often lost between the staff and system changes. People feel loyalty to their immediate teams and managers
Ministry Brands: I have enjoyed working here and look forward to continuing to look for opportunities to advance my career in this organization.
Ministry Brands: There have been many changes since 2017, but not all are bad. I look forward to what we will do in the next 5 years
Ministry Brands: Ever since our company was acquired by Ministry Brands, things have been chaotic. There have been lulls of normalcy but then periods of complete disorder. That combined with a near standstill in wage growth has led me to lose much of the passion I once had for working in this industry.
Ministry Brands: It's an amazing experience to be a part of a company that has acquired products & services that are essential to the success of the customers we serve. And then the thrill of seeing these solutions come together, further amplifying the impact we can offer to our customers and those they serve.
Ministry Brands: Constant changing in ownership and management but the work is always there.
Ministry Brands: It has been the right job for this season in my life. Without increased opportunity and compensation, it won't be a long term fit.
Ministry Brands: It's been good. It's becoming more impersonal and that is hard as we become more corporate. But they have been good to me and help me with the work /life balance.
Ministry Brands: Very little of the corporate red tape, the folks here really want to work well together, so we do.
Ministry Brands: From the day I onboarded until now, I've been supported and welcomed by everyone I've come into contact with. There are tools and processes in place to guide me toward meeting my goals. My manager is always open for questions and weekly encouragement.
G2: The level of employee involvement in employee resource groups and cultural initiatives.
ConstructConnect: the recognition given on a regular basis.
Ministry Brands: Cheapskates, will pay for processes but not value employees
Ministry Brands: Best company i have ever worked for and I definitely see myself here long term
Ministry Brands: My experience had range from indifferent to frustrated and worried. We're constantly stressed and burnt out.
Ministry Brands: Overall easy job/work. Decent coworkers & management. Poor compensation & ability to advance. Good PTO & Sick policies. Decent communication between management and employees. Little to no team building/activites together. Decent rules; flexibe hours, OT, relaxed work attire.
Ministry Brands: I love serving those that serve others, and working with really great people.
Ministry Brands: The people that I've had a chance to interact with are nice. They have a long way to go in fostering growth and collaboration, as it seems like those at the bottom don't have a voice. Inconsistency and it's a sink or swim environment.
Ministry Brands: I started back in 2004. There was a rough period when we were acquired by Active Network. I started looking for another job and Ministry Brands saved the day. I love my job. It is challenging and also allows me to use my experience to help the company improve.
Ministry Brands: I like my job and the people I work for and with. I wish communication was better.
Ministry Brands: MB hired me when I was at my lowest. Since that time, I have crawled out of a hole and I am actually the happiest that I've been in a long time and most of that is accredited to having a good job.
Ministry Brands: Enjoy my job and happy that I am able to work remotely from home.
Ministry Brands: It's been a long road, but I think this is the best time to work for MB in the 7 years I've been here. I've actively recruited people to apply.
Ministry Brands: I've only been here a few months, but I love what I do and the people I do it with. The volume of work to do with the number of people on the team is very out of ballance. 10+ hour days is the norm (including a lot of weekends)... there's more work than time or people.
Ministry Brands: A very fun and fulfilling place to work that can be bogged down by unrealistic expectations by management. Reaching these unrealistic expectations becomes even more impossible with the way they constantly seek change and progression instead of staying the course and achieving consistent success.
Ministry Brands: I've been part of the Shelby family for almost 30 years, starting as a user in a church office. I have a respect for and appreciation for what the Ministry Brand products can do for churches and non profits to excel
ConstructConnect: Transparent, open to new ideas and feedback, fun and walk the walk with employeea.
Ministry Brands: Overall, my experience has been positive thus far. My manager provides me opportunities to grow and add to my skill set along with providing guidance when issues arise. My coworkers are friendly and willing to help when they can.
Ministry Brands: Communication, Positivity, Flexibility, and Growth
Ministry Brands: This is by far the best company I have worked for in my nearly 30 years of professional life.
Ministry Brands: Like anywhere, there are issues, but I feel like those issues are being addressed. At the end of the day, I feel like we are trying to actually make a positive impact on our communities.
Ministry Brands: I've felt welcomed not only as an employee but as a someone that can contribute more than just working a J.O.B.
ConstructConnect: they are very approachable and friendly
Ministry Brands: I came to Ministry Brands through an acquisition and am actively seeking employment elsewhere. It's getting better, but not quickly enough. There are a lot of big ideas but I have very little faith in follow-through or execution of them.
Ministry Brands: I love my job and being able to serve our customers. Manager is too busy with competing priorities and team vacancies are not being backfilled.
Ministry Brands: overall good, not a lot of negative - salary is the primary issue
Ministry Brands: 300 characters is not enough. There are some topics that could be revisited but I am comfortable with the longevity my position provides.
Ministry Brands: The company obviously values revenue over people and a quality product. I want the company to invest in developers and general staff. My team has been understaffed since I started and that's the case for most teams. Invest in your people or we're all going to leave.
Ministry Brands: Revenue & Investors come first, associates second, and customers last.
ConstructConnect: Open PTO and ability to earn bonus
ConstructConnect: I love the fact they provide guidance using our input but also trust in us to do our job. They make the necessary corrections when needed and use analytics to back up their decisions.
AEVEX Aerospace: Dani is very responsive and always willing to help
ConstructConnect: Leadership continually strives to engage workers, communicate what works, what doesn't and ways foreword to improve.
ConstructConnect: Our leadership team is understanding and laid back.
Insurity: Transparency and team culture that values people opinions no matter how silly they may be
ConstructConnect: Great benefits, vision/dental/health and our 401k is great as well
ConstructConnect: Transparent planners who trust their team.
ConstructConnect: They are direct, honest, and transparent.
ConstructConnect: Higher than market average pay, and the benefits are fair all-around.
ConstructConnect: That everyone is treated with respect.
ConstructConnect: The addition of EAP services/support.
ConstructConnect: The 401K match and a default life insurance package.
ConstructConnect: Autonomy that they give their employees and trust
ConstructConnect: They are working hard on creating best practices, new marketing brand with so many companies bought and merging practices and implementing as a team effort.
ConstructConnect: The bonus payout percentage is really nice.
Newsela: It's been good and I would recommend my frields or professional network to join.
Birdeye: They are personable and easy to talk to.
ConstructConnect: Getting paid bi-monthly and not bi-weekly.
ConstructConnect: They provide clear communication on business direction and strategy.
ConstructConnect: Everything is satisfactory about my compensation
ConstructConnect: Great benefits, but my favorite part of our benefits package is the EAP resource we have through life works.
Birdeye: the pay is always the best and unlimited pto
Birdeye: Very fair pay with uncapped commission. Unlimited PTO, emphasis on family first.
ConstructConnect: I am paid well and paid fairly.
ConstructConnect: The best thing about the leadership team is their transparency.
Birdeye: Love company paid benefits and they're great
ConstructConnect: Transparency, bus managers involve reports in the decisions that affect their work
ConstructConnect: Open door policy, striving to be more transparent, listens to our opinions
