I have felt very inspired and supported in this role. I get to work with some awesome people who are very talented and all happy to help to make the company's valuable mission realised. Questions are encouraged between teams and we are kept up to date with the business as a whole regularly.

Very supportive, good at recognising induvial and group success, good to ack on and move forward positive ideas and suggestions. Everyone is listened to.

Flexibility to change benefits and that I can log and make these changes via the portal, rather than having to wait for open windows/someone else to get back to me.
