better communication would significantly improve the interview process

Fast-fun and fun, but easy to get burnt out in.
Appreciating employees; positive feedback; have realistic expectations for employees; caring about customer experience
very hard working, kind people; little blaming of one another; take initiative; stick up for one another
pay people according to their value; don't act like we're still a startup and can't afford to pay people well when we're making half a BILLION in revenue

Too much of a focus on short term success/growth, sacrificing long-term public perception and employee satisfaction. Run like a company that only cares about money, and it's clear to employees and customers.

so, so much. ultimately, this is why I will probably leave. it starts at the leadership - celebrate success, be understandable about how much your asking of people, allow for better work -life balance, give positive feedback, make people feel appreciated
