The way leadership is being handled, sometimes being on a team is more like a hierarchy than anything else

I feel undervalued due to the fact that, compensation is not paid as supposed to, since there are always issues with payroll.

That there should be more communicative, people skills involved on the process. Because after the interview people may consider not to continue with the process.

Payment issues need to be taken care off. Leadership/people skills need to be improved. More communication needs to be available between leader ship and the representatives on the floor working hand by hand with the customers.
