So different from manager to manager. A hands off manager can really throw things off in the wrong direction. A good one doesnt micromanage but gets things done behind the scenes while demonstrating transparency and communicating company initiatives to the team so nothing is a surprise

Management's unconditional understanding that "life happens"!

The PTO is pretty decent after the first tier.

Socializing with customers and coworkers at the beginning and end of meetings

Managers need to follow through with the things they promise to assist with.

Working completely remotely and flexibility with working remotely for folks that are in Minneapolis

Having non work conversations with coworkers in an effort to get to know them better and maintain friendships.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the billable hours pay is the best part of my compensation package because it makes me feel like I have some control over my income
