New mindset. More flexibility. Culture of trust and support.
I work really well with my team. Rest of the departments are a bit detouched. Most of the people in my region has a finger pointing attitude. I think we should work on collaborating and helping each other instead of being antagonists.
Culture used to be really progressive, flexible, enthisaiastic, at least the global feeling was this. It's not like this anymore. My region has never had a nice culture since I joined. There are a few team which collaborate etc, but the rest of them are very old school and closed minded.
Since my manager has left, I am helping out the whole team. Anyone above me has mentioned the possibility to let me apply for the senior role (while I am clearly showing I could do that). I read this as a lack of trust. Also, there hasn't been any economical recognition for me doing double of work.
