They are always willing to help with any questions and not make me feel dumb not knowing the answer.
Being paid a livable wage would be nice. Regularly hear about how big the company is growing but we are still making low money, can't support my family on it.
The moral activities really help promote motivation by allowing workers to enjoy some silly team building exercises. I am also never worried about asking questions as I can see through slack that a lot of people have questions.
Nothing about being at work itself makes me happy, it is more that I am able to work from home. This makes me happy as I have young children and working from home provides more opportunity to create a healthy work/life balance.
Remembering that not everyone works the same and pushing everyone to be on the same level is unachievable. There is also an insane amount of micromanaging, like to the point that it is toxic and makes me dread coming into work. There is no trust.
