It's a good company that offers flexibility with schedules, trainings are not the best and you are expected to hit deadlines with little training and given lots of info with no time to practice. Pay is very low compared with the work we have to do. The main problem is the pay and training
when I started it was good because I was compensating the low pay with working overtime and getting incentives on top of that. Then incentives went away and raises weren't fair, tried applying for other internal positions multiple times but never got the opportunity and now I just feel stuck.
They are willing to help with questions
They are very friendly and supportive
Support from team members and supervisors
the people are welcoming and kind
The friendly and positive environment
Everyone is welcoming and supportive.
to have work life balance
Losing motivation because no incentives, low pay and high expectations.
they are kind and always willing to help through slack
Everyone is friendly and always trying to help with questions
The social hour and meetings to get to know the people I work with
They wage, it would be really helpful to have a better pay to keep up with inflation.
I like the confidence I feel about knowing what I'm doing and getting stuff done by meeting goals each day.
the hr social connection video calls is nice to get to know other people in the company even when working from home
The pay is too low compared to other jobs, raises are exaggerated low, same with bonuses and working from home shouldn't justify it. It gets to the point I lose motivation because of the pay.
Its easy to lose motivation when they don't want to reward us with better raises or bonuses and they still have high expectations for high numbers and quality, it make us feel unappreciated. There should be a balance between high expectations and fair pay.
a fair pay, lots of jobs have increased their pay due to inflation because they care for their employees. I feel undervalued because of the low pay and high expectations at this company. A fair pay will definitely help and add paid maternity leave as part of our benefits and incentives.
The pay is too low for what we do, benefits don't make it up with the high cost of living, food rent etc. I really love this company and their people but sadly I'm starting to consider looking for other options and will probably end up leaving to be able to provide for my family.
