Working for this company has been the two best years of my life and I am so excited to continue to grow and get more years with this wonderful company under my belt.

It is overwhelmingly positive. Not only that but I can grow as a person.

It has been the best 5 or so years of my working life. I keep trying to get my friends to work here. I honestly believe that anyone who is working here will agree it is amazing.

its like when you fall down in elementary school and everyone scrabbles to help and make sure your okay.

With everyone having such a different background in how they grew up and other jobs they may have had it helps get multipole perceptions on situations.

I believe I am a valued team member but I have quite a bit of diverse training and I've been interviewed for higher positions and I feel that makes me valuable.

Given the amount of time I have been here and the amount of work an products we are expected to know, it is a very low compensation especially in this market.

Personally I like the little personal goodies they send because they don't need to it's an extra step that this company takes to show they care about us. Not many other companies do that.

Everyone is so willing to help out. Even if the process is new everyone will jump in and say "teach me how to help you" That way we all get things done in timely manors

I like that employees are not kept in the dark for to long about big company changes. I know that if I clock out for work there isn't going to be something different the next time I clock in.

I like that we can pick how covered we are for vision. Someone like me who visits the eye doctor and has a pretty rough prescription for glasses can have more of my insurance for eye wear and not dental.

Honestly this company is one of the only companies that has treated me like a person and not like something they can just easily replace, loyalty for loyalty. We are not just numbers we have names, faces and problems they they will work around if you come clean about them.

I find that the leadership team truly cares about us as humans. They know that we are real people with issues at home and they don't mind working with you if you are open and honest about everything. The leadership team truly wants to understand and will work with you.

They are always willing to answer questions and help get information needed for our job description. They all seem to care for every individual person and they remember small achievements that each of us have had in our lives. I never feel as if I'm bothering them with questions or clarifications.

Everyone seems to share the same kind of Humor. We tend to laugh at the same jokes and get irritated about the same time(around lunch) but we also accept everyone's differences and when we have our little Team Building Tuesdays its always exciting and entertaining even if we are just talking.;

I find the actual work exciting I never knew that there are people who check doctors licenses, or that so many doctors, nurses and the extra has extra licenses on top of what they do have. I like learning the different processes and I'm always excited to learn the new ones because who doesn't.

I've been here for almost four years and I am being paid less then new comers to the company. When I first started I was fine with being paid on the lower end because I didn't have any experience. However now I do and I feel like my compensations should grow with my experience

Everyone is willing to help build each other up, I've worked in field where people where used as stepping stones. However this is a company where everyone is willing to help and if someone askes you to help on a product even if you don't know it, You help because you know you have support.
