It had been a wonderful learning curve until the last FY. Later, the passion and the enthusiasm has died due to very poor team connects, irresponsive leader and zero mentorship. Food, snack and child care benefit is given for the sake of records and not really to make us feel content with its usage.

From the work perspective, the tasks have kept increasing. Lack of automation increases human intervention and other tasks go on hold. Priorities are given to almost all adhoc tasks as they come with timelines.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, I feel undervalued as there is no clarity on the expectations from me and necessary guidance is missing. I feel as employees, we need to grow both knowledge wise and financially. Setting expectations would be primary.
