I like ZeroFox. It's the best place I have worked at (this is my fifth company)
They listen to my concerns as a human being.
Most people are generally nice.
It doesn't meet the market standards at the moment.
Their drive and dedication. The sense of ownership of tasks.
The ability to mentor my teams to reach their potential.
The approach to learning and intent to collaboration with different teams.
They treat humans like humans. It's (at least at my level) not horrible.
The functional leadership team is very invested in listening to and helping solve our problems.
I feel valued as an individual in terms of the respect provided, but ZeroFox pays far below the market value.
The conversations with different people about what they are doing as per of their work and we can utilise it for collaborations.
