I like being able to contribute from home; not having to commute to work every day makes me a healthier, happier, and more productive employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am doing a lot more work than others in the same position and not compensated proportionately. Getting a substantial raise and a decreased workload would help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is basically entirely remote, and yet I never have to think twice about reaching out to a coworker for advice or help. Everyone is friendly & eager to assist.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that we are allowed to be remote and not feel scrutinized by leadership to "prove" that we are still doing work despite being at home - our results speak for themselves.
