Very challenging and rewarding. New problems to solve every day and generally very interesting work we do. The people, especially those in my team and department are great. Work/life balance has always been a difficult, and oftentimes, the work can be frustrating and stressful.
Transparency and open lines of communication
Diversity, healthy competitiveness, and opportunity
They are transparent, easily accessible, and seem to be good people.
There is a culture of always wanting to learn or become better at what we do.
Helping a teammate, receiving positive feedback from a customer or leader, helping retain and grow business.
Diversity in backgrounds and skillsets. Genuinely good people. Always willing to support each other, and care deeply about our customers.
Diversity, wealth of experience and different backgrounds, kindness, willingness to help, genuinely good people, always wanted to improve their craft and continuously learn
Working with the ZSAT team (directs, peers and managers). Protecting our customers and creating positive outcomes for them. Diversification of my day-to-day tasks.
Unlimited PTO. I don't take that much PTO anyway, but it's nice to have the option and I'm glad the team is able to take much deserved time off.
I do feel valued. Ultimately, it's that I have more responsibilities than what I believe my role is compensated for, which makes weekday work/life balance not great. If I did not have to sacrifice as much of it, comp would be fine, but under the current situation, I would expect more comp for it.
