It has been a great growing experience, and I have learned a lot professionally and personally. It has been extremely challenging (grueling too) which has both positive and negative impacts. I work with some fascinating, highly skilled people that make a lot of the more challenging times worthwhile.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Very challenging and rewarding. New problems to solve every day and generally very interesting work we do. The people, especially those in my team and department are great. Work/life balance has always been a difficult, and oftentimes, the work can be frustrating and stressful.

What makes you most happy at work?
Working with the ZSAT team (directs, peers and managers). Protecting our customers and creating positive outcomes for them. Diversification of my day-to-day tasks.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO. I don't take that much PTO anyway, but it's nice to have the option and I'm glad the team is able to take much deserved time off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel valued. Ultimately, it's that I have more responsibilities than what I believe my role is compensated for, which makes weekday work/life balance not great. If I did not have to sacrifice as much of it, comp would be fine, but under the current situation, I would expect more comp for it.
