The compensation for the period served I felt was unjust and there is just answers before my questions are heard

The crowd but I would like to mention the negative here, the office lightings. It is way beyond for eye sensitivity and multiple employees have already told about it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Considering the hike scale and how my work is identified. Been more than a year and have not received any hike. Plus no laptop insurance coverage. I mean, isn't that basic considering we are 500 plus employees.
