I come from a gaming background, so it is exciting to learn Cybersecurity. I've had a great team to working with and learn from when I joined the organization. I feel very valued here, my work is noticed and recognized. I'm unsure of growing opportunities here. I hope to get clarity in future.

Joined ZeroFox in 2024—an incredible journey so far. Grateful for the learning, growth, and recognition. Attending an IJP interview helped me reflect, upskill, and push further.

My overall experience has been good with the company. Mainly the previous leadership I worked under was amazing and they recognized my work and also gave me the confidence to experiment ideas at work. But it changed after moving to new leadership team.

Bonus structure but it should be separate from the base salary

Very good at what they do, they are accommodating and supporting. Bring new ideas and go out of their way to get the job done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making decision based on the available resources. Also, trust the team to make decisions rather than requiring approval for anything and everything from the executive level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No travel arrangements in the name of no operational requirement. Me and my team are part of the company but when asked about travel arrangement the reason given seems like our work is not making an impact.
