I've found a lot of people here who really stand out compared to others I've had to work with before. If ZeroFox has aimed to have exceptional people, I think they've succeeded. If they keep focusing on the people and maintaining the culture we have, this will continue to be a great place to work.

They seem to have a really clear understanding of what's needed to make ZF as successful as its being.

Everyone is really trustworthy, thoughtful, and very professional. The team can handle any situation without ever losing their temper.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My raise last year was quite low, and for all the work I do on a daily basis, I feel it falls short.

Respect. 90% of the people here always tries to answer in a good tone, show respect for what the rest is saying and having a positive attitude.

I feel undervalued cause I've been working a lot, with many responsibilities and an a promotion has not even being mentioned and some standard parametrization seems to be the only thing my manager considers for a promotion, not many other factors that make me useful/productive or even "special"
