Like any company, I think I definitely started off having some rough patches. But now that i've moved to a different team, I am excited to go to work and proud to be apart of ZeroFox.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Been here for a number of years - promotions are a bit difficult even though positive feedback has been continuously given. However, remote work option is very appreciated.

Everyone, I mean everyone wants to help each other. No matter what.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work-life balance that I have. That I can walk away and know that I did a productive amount of work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is able to do their work without being micromanaged. We all trust each other to complete our work and learn from each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued for my work. However, I feel undervalued with compensation. It is less than the market value and getting a decent raise is difficult. Additionally, promotions aren't really existent, there are more lateral moves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are dedicated to helping each other out with everything and anything. I love how we are one team and how transparent we can be with each other. Additionally, the work ethic of the team I am on is unmatched.
