Has been good so far. It's been about 1 year 5 months overall since I've joined. There are less but good people who actually care about me in here, and they encourage me to develop productively in my professional life and I'll look forward to put equal efforts in this.

It maintains unity in diversity- for cultural programs We have differenrt people coming from different states across India, yet we gel really well. We show kindness and emotional intelligence.

Keeps me busy, gives me a chance to socialise and have an exposure of how corporate world is, and i get to discover little to big new things everyday in my workflow.

They consider our opinions, mental health, as well as they give a chance for a conversation if we go through a rough patch. I'd always expect this to carry forward just the same in the future.
