The company is good . I feel like the company is not allowing to grow outside the organisation. Please address this. If you can reduce the notice period policy or pay out option this can give us good opportunities to the employee trying to leave the organisation.

the leadership right now is better. This can turn into a worst I am afraid. As the new administration has come there are some unwanted changes to the team which is not necessary. Hope these things will not be happening in the organisation.
