I think the major part is getting underpaid here, if thats resolved I think people will be more loyal and work better in this company, at this point I am being paid peanuts for the work we do, India office is taken for granted the higher ups are minting money while a normal analyst is underpaid

Absolutely bad, expected better work better pay and nice office culture but dint get any of it

They are spontaneous, help when needed, lot of good minds in the team that can be used to make the company better

There's no activities that one can indulge after a heavy work, probably some mind refreshing activities could resolve in the India office

The pay is extremely unreasonable, a janitor gets paid more than me at this point, the hike that I get increase 1000-2000 rupees that's so horrible

I think the we are meeting the industry standards in any way, we are just being underpaid and taken for granted, the company is generating wealth from india office and they are paid in dimes

I think the company should start giving petrol reimbursement, so it doesnt eat up the salary i am being paid. If I am not opting for cab service I should be given some compensation for my own transport thats the basic thing a company can do.
