Zerofox happend to me when i needed the most. So i have that loyalty to work for zerofox. Culture is good, My director is someone who is sensible. If the pay was good here, i would have no problems. All i am asking is to just meet the market standards, nothing else. I would be happy if that happens.

I don't feel I'm undervalued, it's just that an increase in compensation would motivate me to work harder.

I motivate myself to do justice for what i am being paid for, even though i feel we are underpaid.

I feel the pay here is below market standards. That is the biggest problem that i face here. Leaving aside compensation, i feel everything else is good. I feel a decent hike this time around would motivate me to work for Zerofox.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel the leadership team should hear the employees problems and we all have been saying the same thing for quite a time now, That is the compensation. If there is a common problem for all the employees, i feel it is compensation. If they match the market standards, then i feel i would be motivated
