Compensation package is that it feels well-rounded and competitive. But the overall compensation is somewhat below current market standards, we would expect a more competitive adjustment in the upcoming financial year.
Flexibility and understanding around work-life balance. We need work from home options more, while the current setup is productive, but more WFH's reduce commute-related stress, increases more flexibility to support the team better with work-life balance when we WFH.
