It's good, there are things that could improve like Work from home. and they have to think about compensation because they pay us very less for the work we do

I have been in this organization for a long time working in different teams and never had any kind of escalation neither in my work nor discipline ,I have always believed in Compay first everything next policy, It would be great if they make my salary as per market standards in india
