Communication within the team is highly transparent and open. Despite working hard, we maintain great morale, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of camaraderie.
Workloads can become unevenly distributed during peak periods, leading to burnout. Regularly reviewing team capacities and adjusting resource allocation would improve overall balance and retention
The best part about the culture is the people. Everyone is incredibly supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help each other out. There is a strong sense of teamwork that makes the daily work environment very positive
My current compensation feels lower than the industry standard for this role and has not kept pace with the rising cost of living. A regular cost-of-living adjustment and a transparent review of market rates for my position would greatly improve how I feel.
