If my leads are not crabbed specially when I committed error. I mean, errors are normal when it comes to work.
When having a leader who is/are not vaunting and never make you feel that you need to be blame when you committed errors or mistakes. In other words, a leader/s who have sympathy and guide you through in a nice manner.
As an employer who stayed for 2 years and above or continuously, how I wish we can get a yearly salary increase and at least a Christmas bonus that is NOT depending to our quality performance. Employers are investing such efforts to do the job.
A little bit. The work itself is complicated because of the cases we are moderating, different scenarios and content. I believe that we also need a higher salary in the future so we can get/buy what we need like eyeglasses, treat ourselves to a pampering day.
For the salary we have now as content moderator versus the work, I can say that I have a low salary because of the kind of job I have. The bonus is always based on the score card that I believed that every employee should have bonus for their efforts.
