Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid. Meaningful performance reviews tied directly to wages at least annually. I want more in line with UPS courier pay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be more open, honest and communicative. Show real support to us employees instead of towing the FedEx line of company B.S.
