The pay is not adding up. We do the same thing as UPS.... DELIVER! & they're seeing twice the pay than we are. Im struggling to pay bills. I sometimes dont even see 8 hrs a day because there is no work for us. Its very fustrating. Something needs to change.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have an amazing manager! But the am sort manager is absolutely terrible! She needs to get better at being a manager & learn how to manage things. If she doesnt like what's said to her, she'll become rude and disrespectful. Thats not what a manager does.
