Very good company in terms of quality of work, co-workers and learning opportunities. But very-very bad in terms of letting the employee feel stable and secure, we cannot retain great talent and engaged employees by continuously asking people to go every year. Don't use talent for soft cost-cutting.

Great learning culture and challenging role. But, very high job-insecurity leading to drain out of talent, this must change else we can never be sustainable in long run.

Challenging, exciting, plenty of opportunities to grow. But, there is a looming fear always to be declared redundant, this is the only issue we have... you cannot be profitable by cutting cost (structural) always.
