Been with company almost 10 yrs. Had a couple not so good managers. At no fault of company. Would like to be recognized as an asset and be promoted within department. But i see some favoritism of others that would probably prevent that. I work hard at doing what I can for the company.

I have been at this company a very long time., There are some changes that take a while to get used to. However This is one of the best company's I have worked for.

I have been working here a long time. I love leadership and most others. There is a different atmosphere since covid. I wish our team did not have to sit where there are many people talking on phone all day. It is very distracting. I work better at home because its quiet and no distractions.

All of us need to be on the same page in regards to our job and what we do. IT should not only be 1 or 2 of us that know something and the others were not told.
