Lumen has the worst mgmt and processes. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing And, they treat their salaried employees like hourly employees in so far as time off/time paid. Its become like a bludgeoning work camp.

To be allowed to do their job with the expertise they have.

Understand the need to fix process and procedures and treat emoloyees with dignity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
By simply letting me do my job! I've forgotten more than most mgrs here will ever know. Compensation needs to be more than once every 8 yrs and get people to the top of their tier levels.
