The wellness program is my favorite.

They are motivational and transparent.

What makes you most happy at work?

My learners (students) are eager to learn. That makes my job so much more fun.

Growth mindset is a focus, which is positive and helps me improve even if i need improvement.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have a great department of English professors, who all respect and help each other grow. I would call them all friends.
