Nightingale is a great place to work. My coworkers are so much fun to work with even though we only meet in person once a year. The work can be hard an busy at times, but it all evens out eventually. I have been given opportunities to add to the mission of the company.

My learners (students) are eager to learn. That makes my job so much more fun.

Growth mindset is a focus, which is positive and helps me improve even if i need improvement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great department of English professors, who all respect and help each other grow. I would call them all friends.
