Nightingale education group is a company that is rare in that it values the individual. Our society would be far better if companies valued people over profit whether it's the people who work for the company or the people that company serves. Nightingale does that - people over profit.

My salary, and the opportunity for paid travel to cover DFCs
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they value a work life balance. They recognize we are humans, not machines.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel valued as an employee. I feel like I can tell my manager (or Savannah) if im unhappy in my position or in the class im working for and they would rather brainform change than to lose me altogether
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working from home. My family (and my dog) give me joy, so the ability to work and support myself while being with them is fantastic. The opportunity came up to leave my job for more momey but it would require commuting 1 hour both ways for 32 hours in-office and I turned it down.
