Although the pay is lower than most other companies, I love what we do, what we stand for, and the people I do it with. Most importantly I have the best manager I've ever had.

I think they are transparent and communicative.

All of my co-workers are easy to talk to and fun. We are easy going as a team and seem to love what we do.

I like what I do and I believe in my boss. We are doing cutting edge stuff and always looking to better ourselves and the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe that most staff are really behind the school and its goals. I think for the most part we believe in what Nightingale stands for.
