What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to help others improve their lives.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are very passionate about the mission, which in turn helps to keep the collaborators invested in the mission.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We try to uphold our culture of trust, love, empathy, and compassion. We try to be better humans at work, and then in our private lives.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Initially it was our focus on being a Deliberately Developmental Organization (DDO). This also included a focus on transparency, trust, compassion, and empathy. In recent years, I've seen us fall away from these things. I don't feel very supported in my development.
