Adjusting to remote work but it's good. Would like previous experience/education to be more a part of promotions, or even your starting position--we all seem to start from scratch and then move up instead of being able to come in with a higher title/salary. Overall good, friendly working environment

Everyone is easy going, super willing to help/extend a hand. I really appreciate that.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping learners get started with school and connecting with them on a human level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team advocates on my behalf. I am supported and given feedback from my immediate supervisor which I really appreciate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am not micro managed. Expectations are clear, help is available and then I get to do my work without pressure from those I directly report to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The job is extremely demanding. A lot of attention to detail all the time. We can be compensated better for the work we do and how we are a key component to retention. Our pay should more accurately reflect the valuable work we do to keep the college moving forward and achieving their goals.
