Focus on growth even in the challenging times of COVID. Focus on retaining talent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
WFA, 5 Weeks of PTO that can be used as either vacation or sick time, and now the year-end break. Time with my family is extremely important.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other companies pay much more for the work I do and the role I am in. Healthcare benefits are not good. I have paid more out of pocket at this company than I ever have with any other company.
