I've been in the workforce for several decades. This is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. The overall compensation package, benefits and employee perks are fantastic.

My immediate team is very tenured and extremely knowledgeable about our products we support

The VCP, however even though I like the scorecard approach, when I look at the Hospitality Solutions scorecard, it is influenced negatively by the technology team which is in TEO.
