I have been over 5 years at the company. Team has shrunk due to layoffs but work has increased with little to none increase in compensation. Not enough chances for promotions. Lots of unnecesary travel to customers which impacts work/life balance.

I feel I contribute greatly to the company but also feel the company does not value me enough. Little salary increases, barely any promotions, job insecurity every time the company needs to lower cost.

Similar jobs at competing companies pay 20-50% more. Performance is calculated based on individual, and not a curve.

Salary increases aren't attached to performance and seem little in comparison to inflation and general economic environment. Other perks do not fully compensate.

Little credit is given to good work, promotions are not based on merit, salary increases are minimal and budget for such is to be shared across many employees.
