Having been here 10+ years, I am still excited with how the company grows, changes and keeps me challenged. Yes, we do not always get things right but, that is how we learn and drive change to be better. We are slow, we are still slow however, we are trying to change that.

this has been my dream job since joining and continues to be. A clearer career path would be the only thing i would like to see; how do i get to the next promotion level

Overall, good. I do not regret coming to work at Sabre. I would have hoped after 10+ years to have advanced further, though. I appreciate that the pandemic slowed down potential to accelerate peoples careers and positions. I would recommend that the next 2 years we try and catch up on promotions

Being able to deliver solutions that make customers happy and being able to grow and develop my team when the opportunity arises

the transition that we are making to build our overall culture, we are well on our way to a much better culture than in the past. I&D is a significant change
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
there is a misalignment in my salary vs that of direct reports, driven by exchange rates however the gap is significant. Incentives do not reward for significant amounts of sales that I help to drive to a won opportunity

Having done research, I am paid below the market average. I also have international direct reports paid 10% more than me. Do we not do a calibration exercise to insure that pay bands are fair and appropriate? Senior promotion opportunities still sit in DFW
