My direct coworkers, clients I interact with, and the internal team I help benefit from and see my value. I don't feel like the executive team within my org does. My work/life balance, an adequate salary, and my own drive to succeed at my job's tasks keep me motivated.
I believe in what we're doing. I see the vision. But internal processes and unrealistic goals get in our way to achieve real success. Also, strained resources delay our success by letting time go by.
They are the heart beat of this company
the people make the culture
Feeling like my effort is contributing to our success
providing tools that are not broken to do my job correctly
information being shared that's real and not found anywhere else (publically)
collaboration and being able to get in touch easily through teams
The variety of characteristics and stages of life amongst them. Interesting perspectives
when reporting and items clients and internal employees use are working correctly
how my eyeballs and teeth are seen as add ons to my health
Any culture in my mind is through individual relationships with fellow employees. I don't feel a real connection with the executives
feeling like I helped both coworkers and clients with their needs and went above and beyond to wow them with my effort
money. health benefits are hard to realize through high deductibles, copays and the effort of finding appointment times or what is/is not covered
We used to get together once a year. We haven't for nearly 5 years now. Those that did, we still have a better relationship because of those and we feel connected to.
my sales goal is not based on reality. this has been the case for the past 2 years. I've been told I'm doing a good job but the goal can't be reduced and I can't be promoted
