My pay is good, but our health insurance is frustrating.

Our leadership team express a transparency and openness about our direction.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are extremely siloed and it's difficult to get them to see overall goals/pictures.
What makes you most happy at work?
When all the ducks fall into a row and I meet a deadline. (Unfortunately, that often depends on ducks beyond my control/influence).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is engaged and attempt to communicate - it's just that there are so many new efforts, it's difficult to keep track of them all.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Sabre needs to recognize our dependency still on legacy, and to stop attempting to throw the baby out with the bathwater (e.g., cutting the funding for maintaining existing products before new products can stand on their own and produce).
