It has been a good experience. Lots of ups and downs . Company is trying to improve every day but that also has lot of things on stake. There are hiccups but for now growth looks better. Keeping the employees happy would be the key.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better designations should be available in order to get faster promotions. Salary Hikes should be based on work and not a generic percentage location and team based.
