I worked hard for advancement and my position, excelled at my job and was publicly recognized often for my efforts and successes, however title & promotions were not in alignment with my level of responsibility and deliverables. Frustrating when others with less responsibility & success are promoted

Ability to learn is unlimited but totally up to the individual. Those who expect to be led by the hand do not do well here. My colleagues are intelligent and hard working for the most part. Opportunities for advancement are few as you move up the ladder. Need more technical paths to grow with.

They are beginning to be more employee focused and trying to improve the culture, inclusivity and attract new talent. They need to focus on retaining current talent as well or extensive critical knowledge will be lost.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation (bonus and merit increases) took a hit during COVID and financial recognition for exemplary work during that time was not implemented, so those of us who went above and beyond were not financially rewarded as teams before and after that period have been.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sabre salary range for my current position is less than what the market offers. Benefits are good, which helps, but in today's economy Sabre should take care to ensure current employees are appropriately compensated and not just put all their money into new hires.
