It is getting better. Takes too long to get rid of a person who is not doing their job, while the really good folks are jumping ship because they are not felt appreciated. Got a new manager and things are looking better, but still trying to do catchup.

work life balance is better, they need to do more for the folks who are senior and below as we make the least amount of money and do quite a bit of work.

Many changes over the years. Some benefit us and some are just what it is. There has always been a silo between BU's, and even within the BU's, Some BU's get more privileges than others. It is a good company that is trying to do better, just needs to keep striving for more.

more exercise, visiting with certain people, having a cafeteria to get something

SLK groups that put togther events to broaden our understanding of different cultures.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I see that things I am working on tie out correctly and the projects are coming along good.

WFA - being able to work from home on a day I do not feel good and not feeling bad I did not come into the office.

To interact with certain people, a bit more walking and exercise during the day, be able to go ask a question in person, and to feek wanted

That they now know almost all jobs can be done remote and allow for those who want to stay at home to do so or come in the office as needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotions are hard to come by except for the favored teams. It only takes a person 5 years to have the same amount of PTO that someone with 20+ years with Sabre. seems catering to those hired into the company and never benefiting those with longevity.

Completed degree while here at Sabre, pay increase was not as good as if moved to a new company. I stayed because I like the company and my position. But staying meant im at a much lower pay than if I had moved up at another company. Makes me feel like im not appreciated.

In say thanks, I can see a note from Sean to those who have a work anniversary. Just had my 24th year and not once have i received one plus no one said congrats on my team for my 24th except my immediate manager. people have to leave and come back to get better pay,
