My direct leadership is excellent, I have no complaints as she is candid, understanding, and focused on our goals as a team.

Accountability and partnership. Everyone in my team is committed to help each other and do the needful to get things done.

My role, the effect it has on other coworkers. I'm happy to feel I have a purpose and other colleagues appreciate it.

I like what I do, I believe my role makes a difference to be able to provide customers the correct and accurate information.

I like what I do, my team mates, my supervisor. I feel comfortable knowing that my job is 100% appreciated (at least by my immediate manager)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other Tech companies are offering better salaries compared to Sabre, but I do understand we are going through a tough time in the industry we are in. Hope to see Sabre grow and therefore reflect in our salaries in the future
