I have worked here for over 8 years and have seen positive aspects of every change we have seen over that time. I love my job, and love what I get to do. Recent changes make me feel less respected as a human being and less happy about the corporate culture.

Despite geographic distribution, the team knows one another well and we trust eachother.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For those who are still able to work entirely remotely, there is a wonderful work-life balance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our teams have taken on additional workloads without pay raises or promotions due to budget constraints but those who were not part of a RIF or voluntary reduction effort have been rewarded with insensitive executives who remind employees that if we don't like it, there is the door.
