Salary, most of our benefits except for our healthcare provider. Its awful

Most coworkers are willing to work together on common goals candidly and professionally

My direct leadership team is awesome, they care about my teams development as well as my own.

My team works very closely and collaborately with each other. They know they have people that really look into their best interests and help them grow professionally. Even with the challenges we have, the team still stives to do the best work they can.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Senior leadership really need to get aligned in terms of objectives and their narrative. They should not dictate what needs to be to done when not having the right level of expertise, but rather ask their teams what needs to be done to solve problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Depends on what you define as leaders. If this question refers to my direct leaders. They are very humane. Understand our challenges and try to help eliminate them. If the question is about execs. I don't think they really understand what their bottom line teams do, or that they have the tools neede
