I have more difficulty working with our internal folks than our clients. There are people in our company that are just roadblocks to making Sabre great. Uncollaborative, petty, not flexible, uncreative. There are too many colleagues who say "no, we can't dp that". Great companies limit this.

My team members are great collaborators. They are honest. They respect each other.

The leadership team does seem to be interested in making Sabre the leader in the industry.

The respect Sabre has in the industry. It is good to see people leave and come back.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Again, have a clear career path. I have been here almost 10 years, no promotion no official raise other than a CPI increase.

I don't understand how to get promoted and would like a clear outline of what is required. I exceed sales goals, please explain what else is required.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Provide a clear career path. There is no rhyme or reason to who gets promoted and when. They just delayed promotions, yet people are still getting promoted and advancing. While I have been told to wait.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Almost 9 years without a promotion or substantial pay increase. I get times are unique but Sabre needs to address periodically. Particularly frustrating when Sabre said merit increases/promotions would be delayed until July 2023, yet folks in leadership are moving and being promoted without delay.
